Description: We have transformed a Flask-based static website into a Flutter cross-platform app to enhance user experience, accessibility, and interactivity. This app enables citizens to report issues, propose improvements, and track community developments efficiently.

Most core features are complete, including:

• Proposals Page – View and vote on projects
• Reports Page – View and respond to reports
• Constructions Page – Submit and manage projects
• Post Proposal Page – Submit new ideas
• Report a Problem Page – Submit complaints with images, descriptions, and location tags
• List Page – View submitted projects and reports
• Login Page – Secure email/password authentication
